I aim to send your purchases within 1-3 days, however if you have ordered a pet portrait please allow 21 days for making time. This will start from the day I receive the photo of your pet.
All items will be delivered by Royal mail first class. Items that are over £20.00 will be signed for and a tracking number will be available after they have been posted.
In the event that your items did not arrive at all after 10 days after the due date. It will be assumed that it has been lost in the post. Please inform me of this and i will arrange a possible replacement or refund. As my products are one of a kind I very rarely have an exact copy available.

The perfect gift for pet lovers! Lovingly hand embroidered pet portrait made up from lots of tiny embroidery stitches combined to create a realistic impression of you much loved pet. The back will be neatly finish with a circular piece of felt , blanket stitched in place to hide the messy stitches. I aim to complete this within within 4 -6 weeks for a 10 inch embroidery hoop which is already to hang straight on the wall. I have a gift voucher available if you wish your friend or relative to facilitate this themselves.
