This gemstone silver ring is created from sterling silver wire and labradorite gemstone.  The labradorite is held in place by silver bezel and three bands of silver will hold the ring into your finger.  It would make a really lovely gift for a silver wedding or a special birthday.

The marquise shaped labradorite gemstone has a length of 20 mm and the ring will fit a finger UK size O, US size 7.  Please contact me if you would like one made in a different size.

Ancient people used to believe that the colours in the labradorite gemstone were actually the northern lights that had fallen from the sky and had become trapped in the ice.  I love this story and always think of it when I see the flashes of colour in the stone.

You will receive the ring gift wrapped in a Thistledown Wishes gift box and it can be sent directly as a gift with a gift note included.

You will receive your purchase gift wrapped in an organza bag or in a gift box.

Dispatch

Items which are already made will be dispatched in 1-3 business days. Items which are made to order such as hand stamped items or custom sized pieces will take around 3-5 days although are often much quicker. If you require your purchase in a hurry then just contact me and I will do my best to dispatch it quickly.  If any issues arise with the dispatch time I will contact you to explain the situation.  

Shipping within the UK

I use Royal Mail first class postage which takes around 1-3 business days from dispatch.

Shipping out with the UK

I use Royal Mail International postage (airmail) and the delivery time will vary depending on destination. Please allow for extra shipping time if you live outside the UK.

Tracking

These shipping methods do not include tracking information. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include tracking then please contact me - preferably before purchasing.

Customs

I have no control over packages being held up in customs and please allow for increased traffic through customs at busy times of year such as Christmas. Any custom charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.

Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me and I will always ensure that I do everything I can to meet with your expectations. If you are at all dissatisfied with your purchase please contact me within 14 days and I will arrange a refund once the item has been returned.  Items need to be returned to me within 30 days and in the same condition as you received them.

Non-refundable items

For hygiene reasons I can not accept returned ear rings unless they are faulty.  I am unable to refund personalised items as I am unable to resell them. However, if there is an error with your purchase then of course I will address that.

Lost orders

In case your item gets lost on its way to you I will refund or resend the order after 30 business days from the original dispatch date. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the correct delivery address is supplied.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address I cannot be held responsible and the buyer will not be entitled to a refund or free replacement.
