Processing time:

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items. Within reason, I can make items quicker than advertised, so please ask before buying if you have a deadline in mind and I'll let you know if I can accommodate you.

Carrier:

I use Hermes for shipping, items should be delivered within two working days, can be tracked and are insured against some scenarios. I can also ship via other companies if you have a preference, but this may incur additional costs. Please ask for more information before purchasing if you need it.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately I can't control what happens to the parcel once shipped, and therefore I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

If, for whatever reason, your order is not completely satisfactory, please contact me as soon as you receive your purchase. I will make every effort to rectify the situation, and will be happy to refund your purchase if no other solution is satisfactory.

In all refund situations, the item will need to be returned in its original packaging. I will arrange for that to be collected from you, and refunds will be given once the item has been received.
