Made to order – Please note this design is made on receipt of an order so there will be a slight delay before shipping. Item Details – Made on slate with a mosaic made with glass tiles and finished with a grey grout designed to repel algae and mold.

Size – 15cm (just under 6 inches) wide x 17cm (around 6 3/4 inches) tall. Comes with a sturdy twine hanger which will need periodically checking for wear if using outside

Use – All materials used are suitable for outdoor use, although it is recommended that this heart is moved in very bad weather to a more sheltered spot if it’s in the garden, just to stop ice forming on it 

Postage – There is sometimes combined postage available on small and large item combinations, but to ensure your large items (bird bath, water dish, plaques) get to you safely they are sent individually in their own secure parcel, so there is no combined postage available, although I can offer a discount on large orders. Shipping Policy

**UPDATED SHIPPING INFORMATION**

I will be making and sending as normal, as long as my local post office stays open for parcels. I also have a range of postbox to letterbox items which avoid the post office counter altogether. I will let you know ASAP when you order when the post day will be. Your order may take slightly longer in the post system, but some are arriving in normal time too. I can send parcels direct to a recipient, with a personal gift message from you added in, and I can add a ‘Don’t Open Until’ tag on the outside of the parcel if you are ordering ahead for a special occasion. Just add a note at checkout or contact me on [email protected] with all the info you need adding.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - I'm very sorry but I'm going to have to suspend international deliveries for the time being. Most of my items take a few days to create, then it's at least a few days in the post, if not 2 weeks. During that time things could have ground to a halt either here in the UK, or in your receiving country and the parcel would go into limbo. So I've taken the decision to suspend international orders until the coast is clear. Thanks for your understanding and stay safe everyone. Jo :)

I will send items by the cheapest, safest method (including for customers overseas), and I will use recycled packaging materials where possible to also keep costs lower. Example shipping times are noted in the item descriptions. If you want your item a bit quicker than stated, let me know before you purchase and I can quote for a speedier postal option.


After you've completed your purchase I will contact you within 24 hours to confirm when I will be posting your order, You can check just under my shop front top banner for the latest rough guide to shipping times, and when I do post I will inform you on that day to confirm your order is on it's way and I will always obtain a proof of postage for your order.

Combined postage is available on some small and large item combinations, but for multiple bird bath, water dish and large hanging plaques purchases, each item will be sent in separate parcels to keep them within my preferred courier top weight band, so there is no combined shipping available on orders of this type. If you would like a combined shipping quote before you buy, a quote for a quicker shipping method, or you need your country adding to the shipping list, please do not hesitate to contact me.

All local sales/import tax fees are to be met by the purchaser.

Refund Policy

Refunds
For damaged items a full refund including postage will be issued if a replacement isn't asked for. For cancellations returned after posting, only the item cost will be refunded return postage will be the responsibility of the purchaser. For returns, if the item sent was the wrong item a full refund including postage will be arranged. If it's just a change of mind about having the item, only the item cost will be refunded and the postage cost will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

A mosaic hanging folk heart with design of a blue tit surrounded by a full season of hedgerow berries and flowers. The white flowers of the hawthorn for Spring, the pink flowers of dog roses for Summer, Autumn is represented by the dusty blue sloe berries, with the bare stems representing Winter. The background is pale aqua blue. A perfect decoration to add wildlife and nature to your home or garden all year round, and it would make a great gift for anyone that loves their garden birds, the countryside. This would make a perfect new home gift too.
