This Hare & Moon plaque was originally sculpted in wax by animal sculptor, Kirsty Armstrong. Once moulded, the little plaques are then cast by hand in cold-cast Pewter (metal and resin) in Kirsty’s Cumbrian work shop. They are then hand finished before being mounted in a 3D box frame.
The plaque itself measures 9cm x 9cm (3.5” x 3.5”) and the outside of the frame measures approximately 20cm X 20cm (8” x 8”) and it is 3.3cm (1 1/4”) deep.
The detailed Hare plaque is made from cold-cast metal (metal and resin) with metallic wax highlights.
The back is neatly finished with picture framing tape and has a metal saw tooth hanger.
Mid grey frame, cream or white card mount, and a glass front.
Optional gift wrap and tag for a small fee. The frame will be wrapped in lilac tissue paper and tied with paper raffia. The gift tag is a brown paper label tied with lilac raffia.
Recycled packaging is used when possible.
Wipe clean glass and frame
