There is no substitute for handwashing but when its not possible or if an extra level of hygiene is required you will always have your sanitizer to hand with this useful little holder.

Hand made from 100% cotton yarn and finished with a wooden button to close the loop the cosy will fit most bottles from 50 – 100ml in size. 

 The hanging loop is a generous size so that the sanitizer  can be hung from a bag ,rucksack or a belt loop.

Shipping Policy

Your interactions with A Good Right Hook are governed by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

When you (as a buyer) enter into a contract with A Good Right Hook, you are assumed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions, and to have agreed not to require them on paper.


Dispatch and Delivery

Please check the dispatch time(s) given for your item(s) before you buy to ensure that they meet your needs. If for any reason I am not able to meet the stated schedule after you have purchased I will inform you and you will have the right to cancel your order as detailed below.

Items to the UK will be sent by 2nd class post which Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working days, but this is not guaranteed. You may upgrade to 1st class (signed for) delivery which will usually be delivered the next working day, but again this is not guaranteed.  

Items shipped to destinations outside of the United Kingdom will be sent by the International Standard service for which Royal Mail advises a delivery time of between 3 - 7 days after posting but this is not a guaranteed service. 

An item is not considered lost until between 5 - 10 days after expected delivery for domestic mail and 20 - 25 days for international mail ( depending on destination) 

I will always let you know when your item has been posted so if something doesn't reach you within a reasonable time frame (according to the Royal Mails definition for a given postal service) please get in touch with me, and we will work out together how best to move forward (replacement, refund e.t.c.) . I always obtain a certificate of posting so in the unlikely event of something going missing in the post this allows me to obtain compensation from Royal Mail. There may be times where I need to upgrade your postage to a tracked service but this will be at my discretion and always at my expense. This is usually only necessary for high value items and I will always let you know if I decide to do this. 

In the UK Royal mail will sometimes leave parcels with a neighbour or in a designated safe place. Similar arrangements may be in place in countries outside of the uk. Opting in or out of these arrangements is something that you need to arrange with the post office directly and I have no control over.

When you buy from me you are responsible for any customs fees/import taxes you are charged, so please make yourself familiar with the rules as they apply to your country. I cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event that your item is damaged by customs officials.



Refund Policy

This is set out in my Cancellation/Return/Exchange policy as detailed below

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Once you have placed your order you have the right to cancel at any time up to 14 days after your reciept of the goods. If you decide to cancel at any point in this time frame you must get in touch with me to let me know that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days from that point to return the goods to me if they have already been dispatched. 

The Consumer Contracts Regulations does not give you the right to cancel an order for personalized, customised or tailor made items, but please contact me anyway if you have any issues in these circumstances, and we will work it out together.

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase from me but if you do need to return any items I'm happy to refund the purchase price  plus postage and packing costs, provided the items are returned in perfect (re saleable) condition.

Here's how it works: 

If you wish to return something, you must get let me know within 14 days of receiving it. You can do this via the enquiry form on my shop or by emailing me direct at [email protected] with the relevant information.

I will process your refund of the purchase price plus my standard postage and packaging costs within 14 days orf reciept of the returned items in a re sellable condition. 

If you paid for an upgraded delivery service this will not be refunded in full - I will only refund the amount of my standard postage and packaging service.

A deduction will be made from the refund if the value of the item(s) has been reduced as the result of excessive handling, carelessness or any other reason.

In returning items you must pay for the return postage yourself. I would strongly advise that you obtain a certificate of posting (as a minimum) from your post office or courier so that if the item is lost in transit you are able to claim for compensation.

If you are returning items from outside the UK, you must clearly and prominently mark the package as "returned goods". If you don't do this I will unfortunately have to deduct any customs fees/tax/brokerage charges from the amount I can refund you.
