I make all my jewellery by hand. Each piece is completely unique due to the nature of the process, and I hope that you enjoy owning a piece of jewellery that no-one else will have. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery so that I can resolve the issue.
I cannot accept returns without communication first. If you still want to return the item after communication with me, I am happy for you to return it within 21 days of delivery; once I have received it, I will issue a refund.
Items must be returned as new in their original packaging. I am unable to accept returned jewellery which is not in perfect condition. Earrings must remain in the hygiene sealed bag in which they were sent. If the seal is broken or damaged in any way, I will not be able to accept the return.
Unless the item is faulty, the buyer is responsible for return postage which will need to be fully insured. Please note that Royal Mail’s Special Delivery is the only fully insured and claimable service in the event of the item failing to reach me.
I take great care in hand making all my jewellery, and each piece is fully inspected before being posted. In the unlikely event of an item reaching you in a faulty condition, please can you contact me at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt. It would be very helpful for you to attach photographs to illustrate the fault. At this point I will email you to explain the returns process. Once received I will inspect the item, where the fault is considered genuine, I will offer a replacement where possible or a full refund including your delivery and returns postage.
