A hand-drawn and written mini couple love card with a little hand-cut and stitched felt heart in a variety of colours. Ideal for wedding day, anniversary, engagement, Valentine’s Day – or just to say ‘I love you’.

Made with a beautiful fine-textured 270gsm white card (4.7 x 4.7 inches / 12 x 12 cm) plus 100gsm white envelope.

This card is made to order and can be personalised with the recipient(s)’s name and any greeting you desire (e.g. ‘Happy Anniversary’, ‘With Love on your Wedding Day’, ‘You’re Engaged!’, etc.).

If you’re pushed for time I can write a message inside the card and send directly to the recipient(s).

Shipping Policy

Shipping times and prices are specific to individual items and will be stated for each in the listing details. Bespoke commissions may have different timescales which will be discussed and agreed with the customer before any work begins.

UK DELIVERY: Items will be sent Royal Mail First Class unless otherwise requested by the customer.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY: EU orders are sent via International Royal Mail Tracked and Signed and will therefore require a signature. When your item has been dispatched you will receive an email with the relevant tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: International orders are sent via International Royal Mail Tracked service and will therefore not require a signature

Refund Policy

I would expect for your buying journey to be seamless, from your arrival at the website to your purchased goods arriving at your door.

In the extremely rare event of goods not being delivered, please let me know immediately either through The British Craft House website or by emailing me directly at [email protected]. If you have a tracking number then check this to see if your parcel has been delayed or lost by the Post Office.

Should there be an instance where you need to cancel the order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it and you can request a refund by using the ‘Ask a Question’ button in our shop.

Please note I am unable to accept returns for personalised items unless the item is faulty.

Please let me know of your intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving it and I will provide the necessary return details.   

Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless an item is faulty

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Return of faulty goods.

You have a right to return goods if they develop a fault up to six months after receipt of the goods. Depending upon the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or a full or partial refund. Please use the “contact” button in our shop to discuss. 

Lost items.

If the item has been posted but is lost in transit, you are entitled to a refund or re-delivery of the same item. Please use the “contact” button in our shop to report a lost item.

In the rare event of goods not being delivered please contact us for a refund.
