This porcelain vase features geometric designs in pastel shades

My work is all hand built so each piece is unique. I have worked with porcelain all my pottery life. However recently I started using a white stone and although I love the purity of porcelain, I find the stoneware more forgiving. I fire all my green ware to a bisque temperature of 1000C and depending on which glazes I use, I do the final firing to anything between 1200C to 1260C. Because each piece is a one off, the item you buy here is the one you will receive.

This bowl is ready to post to you or direct to your recipient. It will be beautifully wrapped in tissue paper tied with organza ribbon or twine together with a gift card.

At the moment I only post my work to the UK. However, if you live in a different part of the world and would like to buy a piece of my pottery, please get in touch for postage options and prices.

I usually start processing your order as soon as I receive it. The items listed in my shop are unique and I only have one of each available. If you require two or more I will have to make them to order and the lead time on this will vary. I will be happy to discuss and agree with you a time scale before I start working on the order. 

Each item is carefully gift wrapped and, depending on size, is sent in a recycled box where possible or a padded envelope. An option to include a gift card is offered with all items free of charge. Please include details in the 'gift message' option on the main page.

I would like you to be happy with your order. However if you decide that the item you have received isn't quite what you thought it would be, I will happily accept returns or exchanges but please contact me first to discuss as soon as possible or within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Orders

If the packaging of your order is damaged due to postal mishandling, please take clear photos of the damage prior to opening. Once opened please take photos of any subsequent damage. Please contact me via TBCH or by email at: [email protected] within 14 days from the date of delivery.

If your item needs to be returned because it is damaged then the postal cost will be refunded. Otherwise buyers are responsible for return postage costs. I strongly recommend that any items being returned are sent as a tracked or 'signed for' service with proof of postage obtained. I cannot be responsible for items which are are lost on the way back.

Where at all possible please use the original packaging together with the original invoice or your contact and order details. Please return within 30 days from the date of delivery to the address below.
