Not just a brooch – what about using it to pin a scarf or shawl, fix a low neckline, replace a button, or fix to a hairclip, belt or collar?  Endless options!

The brooch is beautifully bead embroidered with tiny sparkly seed beads, then a meticulous bead edging is added, and the piece is backed with soft faux suede, giving it a luxurious padded feel.  Fishing twine is used in the creative process, ensuring the beads are attached firmly and will withstand normal day-to-day wear.

The brooch will be hand-crafted especially for you on a made-to-order basis.  Although you may not receive the exact item pictured, your brooch will look almost identical, but with very slight variations due to the nature of hand-made items.

Everybody loves receiving pretty packages through the post, and if they’re prettily wrapped then even better!  I send all my beaded treasures wrapped in polka tissue with a pretty raffia ribbon tie (I may also use an organza bag or kraft box). If you would like a gift tag included, please tick the box when you purchase.

Handmade with care in a smoke free environment.  Please note, bead colours may appear slightly differently on different computer or device screens, and in different lighting.

My despatch times are clearly stated on each item - often my pieces are made to order so can take up to 2 weeks before despatch, but I will endeavour to ship earlier where I can.

Items will be shipped by Royal Mail first class service within the stated processing deadline. Processing timeframes for custom orders are generally longer, but I will contact you and keep you updated with progress.  Expedited shipping can be provided on request - please just ask.

Items shipped internationally are generally posted via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service, but unfortunately actual shipment times are out of my control, and packages can occasionally be held up in customs.  Customers are responsible for any customs and import charges, taxes and additional postage fees that may be applied.

If your item is returned to me as undeliverable or uncollected from the delivery office, I cannot be held responsible.  If you still wish to receive the item, you will be responsible for the costs of re-shipping.  If you do not wish to have the package reshipped, or you do not respond to my notification emails within 5 working days, your order will be considered to have been cancelled and a refund issued for the value of the order only.

If your item is lost in transit, I will refer to Royal Mail policies and timescales regarding lost packages (generally 2 weeks after due date).  I will endeavour to provide a replacement item or a refund.

Personalised orders can not be refunded unless faulty.

If you wish to return an item, please contact me first so that I know to keep an eye out for it and can process your refund more efficiently.  Under UK law, you have the right to terminate the contract and return the item, even if the item is not faulty in any way.  You have the right to do this up to 14 days after receipt of the item.  I recommend that you obtain proof of posting at the time of sending, in case the item gets lost in the mail.  I will arrange a full refund of your purchase once the item arrives back with me.  Any item returned must be unused and in its original condition.

Please note that, for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.  I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items that are commissioned, personalised or customised in any way.

All my items are made with great care, and are packed equally carefully. I want all my customers to be delighted with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact me as soon as possible after receipt, and I'll do my best to work with you to resolve the problem.

If you change your mind about your order before I have despatched it, please do contact me by email as soon as possible to request a cancellation.
