A green flowery crossbody bag with adjustable webbing strap.
This bag or purse is made from a pretty floral quilting weight fabric and distressed faux leather. It is lined with a complimentary cotton fabric.
All fabric parts of this bag are interfaced to give strength and the main body is padded to give the bag a soft feel.
The bag has a main compartment with zipper pocket and a further zipper pocket on the front. The top of the bag is secured shut with a zip.
This bag measures approx 24cm high x 23cm wide by 5cm deep (9.5” x 9” x 2”). The strap measures approx 128cm (50.5”).
A matching small purse is also available in this fabric.
Purchases for pre-made items will be shipped within two working days of purchase, excluding bank holidays. Custom orders will be shipped with in the time frame agreed at time of order.

Postage is free within the UK unless otherwise stated.
All items over £15 posted for delivery within the UK will be sent with tracking and require a signature on delivery. All items posted abroad will be sent with tracking. A tracking number will be provided in these cases.
Please note that the buyer is responsible for any customs and vat charges (including countries within the EU). There may be a delay at customs whilst these are processed.
Please allow a reasonable time for your item to be delivered. An item will be assumed lost if not received within 15 working days in the United Kingdom and 30 working days for the rest of the world. This allows for delays at customs.
If you change your mind items may be returned unused and with their original packaging as long as you contact me within 14 days of receipt and return the item within 30 days with the postage being paid by the buyer. Upon receipt the item will be inspected and a full refund of the original payment will be given.
If an item arrives damaged or is faulty please contact me with pictures of the item and packaging. I will then arrange for either a refund (for one off items), repair or a replacement item. If I require the item to be returned I will cover the postage.
If returning from abroad it is essential that you mark the package as a return to avoid customs charges. If you do not, any customs charges will be deducted from the refund.
If the item develops a fault within the first six months please contact me to arrange either a repair or a refund, depending on circumstances. Please note that this does not cover wear and tear, or if the item has been abused.

I do accept cancellations on ready made items but please note that I do post within 2 working days and will not be able to cancel once posted. I do not accept cancellations on custom orders once I have purchased materials.

1.1 What data does Bee’s Attic collect? When an order is placed via Facebook, Etsy, Amazon Handmade, The British Craft House or Stripe we ask for the following information: Full Name and Address
1.2 How do I collect this data? This data is supplied to Bee’s Attic depending on your checkout method. If your order is placed via Etsy, AmazonHandmade and The British Craft House we receive this information once your checkout is complete. I receive the details you select at the time of ordering. Information is then stored on our Etsy/PayPal/The British Craft House/Amazonhandmade/Stripe account. If you have made an order enquiry via Facebook some of this information will also be in your Facebook message to the page. I also receive an email from the relevant company confirming a purchase has been made and the address you have requested we send the items to. If you place an order via facebook and pay via PayPal, I will receive this at the checkout process via PayPal. I will again receive an email confirming this information.
1.3 Why do I collect this data? Your Full Name & Address is required in order that I may send your parcel to the correct place of residence once it has been completed.
1.4 Do I share this data? Your data is not shared with or sold to any outside individuals. I only share your Full Name & Delivery Address with the delivery company we use. This is Royal Mail unless otherwise requested or previously agreed.
2. Using Your Data for Marketing Purposes
2.1 I do not have any online subscription services so your data will not be used for marketing purposes.
3. How do I keep your data secure?
3.1 Data stored digitally The information collected during the checkout process is stored by PayPal/Etsy/ AmazonHandmade/The British Craft House depending on how you have placed your order. – These companies employ full-time security consultants, dedicated to the security of customer information. These companies are Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) compliant and are accredited as a level 1 service provider and merchant. This standard helps create a secure environment by increasing cardholder data, thus reducing credit card fraud. They regularly perform internal security audits to maintain our ISO/PCI security certifications.- These companies signup and login services are completed through a secure server (HTTPS/SSL). Your information may also be included in Facebook messages if this is how you have enquired about an order/item. Facebook is also a GDPR compliant service and the messaging platform is designed to be secure. All my accounts are password protected and I have security in place to notify of any unusual login attempts so I will be aware as soon as possible of any issues.

3.2 Data stored as a hard copy The only data recorded on a hardcopy will be your name and order date and contact method i.e. Facebook, etsy etc. I retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with my services. I am required to retain some information for legal purposes such as tax and audits. I only keep this data for the recommended legal time which is 7 year. It is then securely destroyed.
4. Requesting a Copy of the Data we hold
4.1 The process You can request a copy of all the data I currently hold on file for you. I am legally required to provide this to you free of charge and within a month of the original request.
5. Requesting we delete all data we hold
5.1 The process If you want me to delete all information I have on file I am legally required to do so should you request it.
