Covid - in relation to the Covid 19 situation we are following Gov. guidance and are taking online deliveries as usual whilst taking every precaution to ensure wrapping your order safely. We continue to work from our home workshop using only materials sourced prior to this emergency. Orders will be collected for onward delivery from us where possible, otherwise we walk to drop off at the Post Office every other day. We will be monitoring this situation regularly and will adhere to any further guidance given. Please also be aware that Royal Mail may also be experiencing delays at this time.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure that the order is returned within 30 days in it's original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund (you as buyer are responsible for return postage costs). Please also see our cancellation/return/exchange policy for exceptions to this.
For items damaged in transit we may request photographs of the damage including packaging. In this instance we would ordinarily send out a replacement however, this does not affect your right to a full refund.
We gladly accept returns please contact within 7 days of delivery & return items back within 30 days of delivery. Sorry, we don't accept exchanges or cancellations but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Custom or personalised orders - Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, these items can't be returned or exchanged.
