Sugar, partially inverted refiners syrup, Cocoa Mass, Emulsifier (SOYA Lecithins), Harris Gin (made with botanicals of Outer Hebridean Sugar Kelp seaweed, Macedonian Juniper Berries, English Coriander Seed, Cubebs / Javan Pepper, Bitter Orange Peel, Angelica Root, Cassia Bark, Orris Root, Liquorice Root ), orange zest, chilli flakes, Raising agents (E450 (diphosphates), E500 (sodium carbonates), sodium hydrogen carbonate), maize starch

Packaging
Your treats will come in a gift box as shown here – whether it’s a gift to yourself or to someone else is up to you!! We ship in three main box sizes – C4 for 2 x 200g bags (size of A4 paper), C5 for 1 x 200g bag or 2 x 90g bags (A5 paper size) and C6 for 1 x 90g bag (A6 paper size). We try to keep our packaging to the bare minimum to help the environment. Our packaging is all 100% recyclable.
Storage
We recommend eating your treats within 3 months – though you’ll probably have wolfed them down long before then! Honeycomb does go soft when exposed to air, and we don’t like to add preservatives unnecessarily, so we seal the honeycomb in a recyclable plastic packet on the day it is made to prolong freshness as best we can. Once your bag is open if you want to preserve crunch then resealing the bag and avoiding the fridge is a good idea. If you prefer it a bit softer and gooier then leave it out – we tend to find it gets eaten pretty quickly either way!! Store in a cool dry cupboard, away from heat and sunlight and strong smells or odours.

We are a family run artisan business based in Edinburgh. My name is Mike, and I create original recipes for us to make, which I run by our chief taster – my eldest daughter Nia!
Quality ingredients, handmade
We use quality ingredients to produce our products. Our extra dark chocolate is made from 72% cocoa solids and we used award-winning Harris Gin flavoured with sugar kelp from a Scottish distillery for added unctuous oomph. All our products are carefully handmade.
