All items in my shop will be dispatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force within 3 to 5 working days, but often sooner depending on COVID-19 restrictions.
All items are carefully packaged but please check your item on receipt to make sure no damaged has occurred during delivery. Wherever possible, all materials used to keep your gift and any gift boxes safe in transit will be recyclable or re-used. This includes the extremal packaging box and any protective packaging such as bubble wrap.
Once your parcel has been posted, it is then in the hands of the Royal Mail or Parcel Force, so please allow for any extra time it may take them to deliver. This is particularly relevant during COVID-19 restrictions and at busier times of the year, such as Christmas. If you should encounter a problem please let me know and I will do what I can to investigate.
If you need an item urgently, please do contact me and I will do my best to help.

I Anne Wyatt am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop Thingummies Fused Glass by Anne on The British Craft House.
When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address, telephone number and email address from The British Craft House in order to process your order. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order or to deal with any queries you have related to that order
The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your The British Craft House order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent. • With mail delivery companies or couriers in order to fulfill your order.

I regret that I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on products that are bespoke or customised in any way. Earrings due to hygiene reasons are also not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Hanging systems are chosen carefully and are recommended and used by experts in the Fused Glass industry who consider them to be reliable, safe and the best available at the time. Thingummies, Fused Glass by Anne cannot be held responsible for any failure in hanging systems provided.

Fused glass pendant with 18 inch sterling silver chain

This beautiful fused glass pendant comes complete with an 18 inch sterling silver chain and presentation box. Made in rural Aberdeenshire, the design and pattern within the glass is completely unique and so this truly is a one off design – no two pieces will every be the same.
It measures approximately 1.5cm x 3cm, including the bail.
Gift wrapping and a gift card with a personal message from you can be added and I will happily post it either to you or directly to your lucky recipient if it is a gift.
Wherever possible, all materials used to keep your gift and gift box safe in transit will be recyclable or reused. This includes the external packaging box and any internal protective packaging.
