Fused glass pendant with 925 silver bail and black cord 


Pendant is approx 6cm x 2.2cm, ( 7cm with bail) black cord is approx 20cm long when fastened


This is a handmade pendant, I have cut the glass and then added special enamels which I swirl around to give a unique pattern, I then fire in my kiln to a high temperature, once cool I cut another clear piece of glass to seal the enamels and refire which takes about 12 hours.  Once cooled I cold work and then add the bail.


Due to this long procedure each of my pendants have a unique look which I hope you enjoy

All items in my shop will be dispatched  between 1-3 working days 

All items are shipped either Royal Mail First Class or My Hermes 

 Please check item ASAP to make sure no damaged has accrued.

Once your parcel has been posted, it is then in the hands of the Royal Mail, so please allow for any extra time it may take them to deliver.

Undelivered Orders - I am bound by the conditions of the Royal Mail's policy regarding lost packages - Royal Mail do not consider a package lost until 10 working days after due date.

Please contact me first if you need an item urgently, and I will do my best to help

 Details of delivery times can be found on the Royal Mail website. Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for delays to delivery once the item has been posted. But if you should encounter a problem please let me know and I will do what I can to investigate.

Unfortunately due to the item being glass, I can only ship within the UK

Refund Policy

I will accept returns for a full refund up to 14 days after receipt of the item. Please contact me before shipping to arrange this. 

Please make sure to send the item back trackable shipping, as if  it is lost in

transit, you will then need to claim off your carrier. The cost of returning 

the item is also your responsibility and will not be refunded. 


If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

Once I have received the returned item you will be refunded the item cost minus the initial postage costs.

Customised items

Any item which has been personalised or customised will not be eligible for refund or exchange unless it is faulty. Please check your item as soon as it has been delivered to check for any shipping damage.


Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We are happy to accept cancellations or returns within 14 days of delivery, however we do not offer exchanges.

All returns must be in new condition and undamaged.

Please note I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returned goods , so i recommend getting proof of postage, and make sure item is well packed.

Faulty items - I spend a lot of time ensuring the quality of the products i make, however if i have missed something, you have a right to return faulty goods up to six months after receipt of the goods.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund (full or partial)a repair or replacement.  You will be required to send photos of the item to allow me to assess which option is appropriate.

The following items can not be returned - Due to the nature of my items, all made of glass, please make sure to check over item when you receive them to make sure they are not damaged in any way
