Shipping Policy
Items will be despatched within 3 working days and shipped Royal Mail second class unless otherwise specified. All orders with a value above £20 will be sent signed for delivery.
Please note, if you have requested personalised, bespoke and made-to-order products, these can take up to 30 days to make.
Missing orders
If you haven’t received your item after 10 days please contact us. If you do not hear back from us within 7 days, please contact TBCH admin at [email protected]
When your item has been posted we will update the shipping status of the order, and you will receive an automated email telling you it’s on its way.
Refunds
In the rare event of your goods not being delivered please contact us in the first instance before requesting a refund.
BFPO Delivery
Please contact us to arrange a BFPO Delivery using the ‘Ask a question’ button on the shop’s profile page.
International Delivery
International delivery (other than BFPO) is not currently available for Oh So Glassy products.
Please note that during busy periods such as Christmas these times may well extend due to the Postal Services available.
If you have ordered products from multiple shops on TBCH, then each item will be dispatched separately, meaning that you may receive your orders on different days in separate packages.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that personal details are correct and up to date. Oh So Glassy takes no responsibility in the case that the incorrect address is supplied.

In the unlikely event that you are not in love with your Oh So Glassy product, please notify us via the 'ask a question' function within 7 days of receiving it.
Refunds are not granted for commissioned pieces unless the piece is found to be faulty.
A refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving the returned glass.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not in love with your Oh So Glassy product, please notify us via the 'ask a question' function within 7 days of receiving it.
Refunds are not granted for commissioned pieces unless the piece is found to be faulty.
You have the right to return a piece within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned glass must be posted back to us in the original packaging and at your expense. We will refund the price paid for glass safely returned to us. Postage cost is only refunded if the product is found to be faulty.
In the event that the package is lost on its return journey to us, we will require a proof of postage receipt before proceeding with the refund.
A refund will be issued within 10 days of receiving the returned glass.
Cancellations
Should there be an instance where you need to cancel the order, you can request a refund using the ‘Ask a Question’ button within 24 hours, providing the item has not been marked as shipped.
