The fused glass dragonfly has a bail added to the head with a ribbon to hang in a bright area. Please do not use suction hooks to hang this little creature as the weight might pull the hook off.
This dragonfly will wing its way to you carefully packed in tissue paper, then placed corrugated cardboard and bubble wrap and finally in an A5 cardboard box and posted via Royal Mail first class.

This unique fused glass turquoise and blue dappled dragonfly has been created by hand using glass powders and glass frits. I have made a sheet of glass and fired it in the kiln and when it was cool I have cut out the wings. The wings have then been fired in the kiln with the body. The eyes are created separately and added in the last firing. This little dragonfly has spent most of its life in the kiln, now it’s ready to fly away!
Inspired by the wildlife I enjoy in my garden; the dragonflies are particularly beautiful and flit around my garden in the summer. A pleasure to view.
Size: Wingspan 12cms. Head to end of body 9cms.
