All orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days following receipt of your order. All orders are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For and you will receive an email notification when your order has been posted which will include a tracking number which you can use to check its status.
Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your item or it is damaged upon receipt please contact me immediately and send photos of the damage.
The item must be returned in the original packaging within 14 days for a refund. Proof of posting is recommenced for your benefit. Once received I will be able to action a refund. Your refund will be for the cost of the item only (minus shipping) .
