Hallmarking and types of silver.

The pendant is made of fine silver which means it is 99.9% silver. The chain is sterling silver which means it is 92.5% silver.

UK law states all fine silver and sterling silver must be hallmarked by a UK Assay Office if it weighs 7.78g or above. This pendant weighs 6g and as such does not require a hallmark. The chain is stamped 925 to denote it is sterling silver but this is not the same as a hallmark.

Shipping Policy

Processing time is the time I need to prepare an order for dispatch.  This varies, for details, see individual items.

All UK items are sent via first class signed for delivery. 

All overseas orders are sent via tracked and signed, with the exception of the USA, which is tracked only. 

All items are dispatched within 1 – 5 working days maximum but actual delivery time is dependent on the delivery service.  During busy periods delivery can take longer, please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns.

As an estimate, the following guides apply:

UK: 1-3 days

Europe: 1-3 weeks

United States: 2-4 weeks

Canada: 2-4 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 2-4 weeks

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.

Refund Policy

We are happy to offer refunds on all items, with the exception of earrings and personalised pieces. 

To qualify for a refund please contact me within 14 days of receipt of the item and ship the item back to me within 30 days of receipt of the item.  Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, using the same shipping method.  The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if they fail to do this, which can be deducted from the refund at the seller’s discretion.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Send items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within:  24 hours of purchase


The following items can't be returned or exchanged, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and this will be deducted from the refund at the seller’s discretion.

This fine silver seahorse necklace has a gorgeous three dimensional feel and would make a perfect gift for lovers of the ocean and all the creatures within it. He can be rather mischievous but promises to behave for a good home and plenty of fish!

The pendant measures 29 mm in height (just over 1 inch) and is set on a delicate sterling silver chain measuring 18 inches in length.

The necklace is packaged with love in a pretty gift box tied with ribbon ready for gifting. A handwritten  gift tag can be added and the necklace can be sent direct to the recipient.
