TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All my items are sent with Royal Mail, If priced over £20 they will be sent 2nd class signed, Anything under will be sent standard 1st class.

Upgrades in shipping are available with an additional charge. Please ask. 

All orders outside of the UK will have an addition charge to cover postage, I will confirm price with each order depending on where the order needs shipping. All international parcels will be sent Tracked/ Tracked and Signed for.

All tracking numbers are provided after posting.

UK shipping usually takes 3-5 working days, international anywhere from 2-8 weeks (country dependant).

Please note delays can occur when parcels are handed over to sister companies internationally. Customs can also hold up items (especially at busier times) please bare this in mind and know that it is out of my control. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Customs and import tax may occur for international orders, it is the purchasers who is responsible for these charges.

Parcels are considered ‘lost’  in the UK 10 working days after the due date , in that circumstance we can discuss the appropriate course of action. If this be a replacement or refund. International policies vary depending on location.

If an Item is sent back to me due to not being collected or wrongful address, I will arrange for it to be sent out again. The purchaser will be charged again for the shipping and any custom charges that may occur.   

On all personalised and custom orders I do not offer refunds. Please contact me if you are not happy and we can resolve the problem.

I do not offer refunds on downloadable PDF Patterns.

All PDF patterns are for personal use ONLY, not for resale.

For all other products I offer refunds, the item must be returned to me using signed for postage (with tracking number provided). Once the item is returned and in the original condition, only then will I issue your full refund. Purchaser is responsible for the cost of return postage.

Make sure your address is unto date on your PayPal, Stripe, Etsy etc. I do try and confirm all addresses before postage but that isn’t always possible. 

If a mistake is made by Bethany Duffy Embroidery I will happily correct this and pay for all return shipping. If the mistake is made by the purchasers (e.g. misspelled name), I will happily correct this for you. However the purchaser is responsible for all postage costs, including resending the item back out to you.

If an item arrives to you damaged, please provide photographic evidence. We can then discuss the best course of action, if this a return/ replacement.

My production time varies depending on product, I will always tell you the wait time for your order upon ordering. The production time I tell you (e.g. 3-4 weeks) is how long until it will be posted, NOT when it will arrive with you.

All Payment is taken through PayPal. A non refundable deposit is required upon ordering with a minimum £20 to be payed.

Payment plans are accepted, they will be discussed individually to suit your needs.

I accept cancellations within 5 days of ordering.
