To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The buyer is responsible for the return postage costs and I recommend you obtain a proof of postage (at the very least) or choose a tracked/signed for option for your peace of mind as I cannot be held responsible for items that may get lost in transit on their return to me.
