Each handmade spiral draws you into the delicate plant pot or ornaments you choose to showcase, while also elaborating on the intricacy of your plant or accessories. 
Each order is crafted upon receiving a buy and therefore the predicted dispatch period is 0 to 5 days – although you may be surprised with early delivery! When you place your order, do let me know if it is an urgent delivery i.e. for fast approaching birthdays, holidays or special occasions, so we can work to meet the deadline.

Please do note that:

  • The item is handmade, so small variations in sizes may occur.
  • Actual colours may slightly vary due to different displays.
  • Given price is for one wall decoration.
  • If you need this product in a different colour or have questions, please feel free to contact me!

If you can’t quite find what you’d like or would like a different size, or a different colour please message and I’d be happy to try to create something especially for your custom need. You don’t have to be very specific, just let me know what you are after, your style and your colour preferences, and I will use my own initiative to make something unique and bespoke.

Posting
For items that are in stock and ready for delivery, I aim to have the items posted within 1-3 business days from the date of the order.
Bespoke orders, made to orders and their delivery time will be provided once you put in your request.

 Delivery  

I send out all products by Royal Mail. All international delivery options are available upon request and are belongs to the customer.

You may choose to receive your product by Signed For® 1st Class with an additional fee. Please contact me for a quote.

*Delivery takes longer than usual due to the constraints of the current situation.


Unfortunately, I can't be held responsible for lost or damaged items in the post. However, should this rare event occur, I will do everything I can to follow up with the delivery company and work with you to try to resolve the problem. In case of the need, the delivery company may leave the parcel in a secure or sheltered place. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide such a place if they are not around.

However, for any reason, if you can't provide such a place then, please select the Signed For® option – for a small additional cost. This will add extra protection to your item.

If you would like to add another layer of insurance to the postage, please contact me to discuss possibilities.
You may leave special delivery instructions (e.g. safe place, mobile number or email address if you want to be notified of the delivery).

Please note that for international delivery, any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items will be sent to the address provided with your order. Please make sure the details are correct before ordering, as you would be responsible for any additional posting charges in case the parcel is returned to me due to the wrong details provided. Postage and packaging costs are accurate at the date and time of this offer.
