My super colourful greetings cards are A5 size (so A4 size folded) and blank inside (for you to add you own message).

Each card is printed locally in Lincolnshire, on superb quality 350gsm Silk card and comes complete with brown ribbed envelope.

My cards come in a protective sleeve and are posted out to you in a rigid, flat mailer to prevent bending.

Shipping Policy

All of my limited edition art prints and original artworks are sent Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.

All other orders are sent as Royal Mail 1st Class.

I send out orders within 3 business days of purchase (unless they are bespoke items, for which please see individual listings).

Please note that for bespoke items, the production time I advise indicates how long it will take for the item to be ready for postage, NOT how long it will take to arrive with you.

UK shipping usually takes 2-3 working days and international orders can take anywhere between 2 to 6 weeks, dependant on the country. These times may increase slightly during busier periods, such as Christmas, so please bear this in mind when ordering.

If you need an item for a specific date or would like your item tracked (if that isn't already the default shipping method) then please get in touch BEFORE ordering so that I can add any additional shipping costs for you.

All items will be appropriately packaged to ensure safe delivery.

All orders are shipped to the address given when you place your order, so please ensure your address is correct before checkout. If an item is sent back to me due to non collection or due to an incorrect address, I will arrange for the item to be sent out again, however please note that the purchaser will be charged again for the shipping and for any custom charges that may occur.

I ship to any country around the world, so if you do not see your country listed at checkout please contact me for shipping costs for your exact location.

Please be aware when placing orders internationally that some orders may be delayed at customs (especially during busier periods) and that you may be liable for customs charges depending on the specific import laws, duties or taxes of your country, which are beyond my control. I am not responsible for any customs charges or delays due to customs.

If you have not received your order within the 10 working days after the date your parcel was due to be delivered then please contact me and we can discuss the appropriate course of action to resolve any problems.

Refund Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so if you have any queries or experience any problems please contact me in the first instance.

I do not offer refunds on custom artwork due to the time that is taken to produce bespoke pieces, however I am in contact with you throughout the design process, ensuring nothing is finalised until you have approved a final proof and you know exactly what to expect. If, however, you are still unhappy for any reason then please contact me in the first instance so we can resolve the problem.

I offer refunds on all other items, however if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me as soon as possible so that a resolution can be met. Any items to then be returned must be sent to me using signed for postage (with a tracking number provided) and only once I have received the item and can confirm it is in its original condition, can I then issue you with a full refund. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

If an item arrives to you damaged please provide photographic evidence so that we can discuss the best cause of action, be that return, replacement or refund.

Please note that artwork colour, contrast, and saturation may vary from computer/tablet/phone screen to actual print. The same applies to custom printable artwork, so please bear this in mind when going to your local print shop or if printing at home.
