Due to the pandemic I postal times have been extended as I am unable to get to the post office myself so will only be posting orders once a week. I hope to get back to my usual shipping times as soon as possible.

Items will currently be shipped within 7 business days of purchase. Shipping times vary depending on your local service. The average times for delivery, from posting, are as follows;

UK 1-3 working days
EU 3-20 working days
USA & Canada 5-20 working days

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

I accept returns, exchanges and cancellations of items under the following terms;

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Send items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has been dispatched

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The following items cannot be returned;

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
