‘Country Walk’ was created using dyed, British wool tops, carefully laid down and hand needle felted into a pre-felt backing, using a barbed felting needle. The textures of the landscape are created by building up layers of wool, or adding specialist wool locks which are curly in nature.

The finished painting is stitch mounted on to art card and placed in a glazed frame, allowing the viewer full appreciation of this textured textile artwork.

‘Country Walk’ is inspired by a regular path I take with my dog, just outside our beautiful village and over the hill to the neighbouring one.

The textile painting measures approximately 13cm x 13cm.

The frame measures 23cm x 23cm square.

International destinations, where applicable, will be shipped to using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For.

Shipping Policy

My Shipping Policy


Shipping is currently set up for the UK, USA, Canada and Germany. If you would like an item posted to an alternative destination, please contact me via the ‘Ask A Question’ button, and I will be happy to discuss your requirements. 


I will always do my best to post out the same or next day.

Due to the size and weight of my framed artwork items, they will fall into the category of Royal Mail parcel post. As a result I will be using Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For for all textile art small/medium parcels (Up to 2kg) within the UK.  To international destinations, parcels will be sent Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For. As many of my products are one off original pieces of art, I have attempted to select the safest and best value option for secure delivery based on the size and value of my products, and to give you, the customer, peace of mind. 

All other products will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class.


Items will be packed securely with lots of padding, particularly to protect vulnerable corners and glazed frames.  I will always try to use recycled packaging, without compromising security, so your package may not always look as pretty as the contents! Please note glazed artwork items are currently unavailable for International Shipping. 

Please ensure your address is correct at point of order as this will be exactly what is copied, clearly, onto your parcel’s delivery label. I will add my return address on the outside of the package also.

Refund Policy

My Product Refund Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your item I am happy to accept returns or exchanges to the same value, bearing in mind that most of my products will be original one off pieces. Cancellation of orders for a refund will only be accepted if the item has not been shipped.

To return your item, please notify me within 14 days from the date you received your item. Items should be returned within 30 days. To be eligible for a full refund, unless item is received faulty or damaged, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. 
My products will be packed with every care against postal damage but in the unlikely event that something should arrive damaged, please send a photograph to allow me to understand how the damage has occurred, for future reference. This will not affect your right to a refund.

As the buyer, you are responsible for return postage unless an item arrives damaged or faulty.

I will always enclose my full contact details with your order. Should you need to return something to me, my postal address is :

When you place an order with me, I will be sent your name, delivery address and email address from The British Craft House. These details will be used to process and ship your order, or to respond to any queries you may have with your order. If you send me a message via the contact button on The British Craft House, I will receive your username and email address.

The only circumstances in which I will share your data are in processing your order or complying with the law. I will never use or pass on your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose, other than the circumstances listed below, or add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
