This listing is for 4 3″ square cookies as shown decorated with sugarpaste with piped white royal icing. Different flavours of biscuit, and colours of decoration are available. I hand make my coloured paste, so colours my vary slightly, and screen colours may also change the colour of the original product.
Each cookie is individually wrapped and posted in protective wrapping and in a mailing box to reach you in perfect condition. Handmade in my fully insured 5* rated kitchen.
I recommend that all our cookies are enjoyed within 3 weeks of dispatch from my kitchen. Please remember that the 1-3 days is a processing guide, it may take longer to reach you as this does not include posting times. Please order in enough time for your celebration.

I aim to make and dispatch all cookie orders within 3 days of receiving the order. Cookie typically need 1-3 days to make and dry enough to be wrapped and posted. This is the processing time for your order. Delivery times will depend on the postage you choose. First class typically arrives next day, but this cannot be guaranteed and can take 1-3 days at times. Second class typically takes 3-5 days to arrive. At busier times of the year and during the global pandemic, shipping times can sometimes be affected. I use Royal Mail to post my items, which I have found very reliable and as all parcels are sent through the post office, I have tracking details for each parcel. These are available upon request. Please contact me if you have specific questions about shipping.

When your item has been posted I will update the shipping status of the order, and you will receive an automated email telling you it’s on its way.
If you have ordered products from multiple shops on TBCH, then each item will be dispatched separately, meaning that you may receive your orders on different days in separate packages.
Please check the stated time to make and dispatch, plus delivery time from the shop that you ordered from.

Please ensure that you have read the T’s & C’s in the shop that you are buying from regarding dispatch times and delivery methods.
We would expect for your buying journey to be seamless, from your arrival at the website to your purchased goods arriving at your door.
In the extremely rare event of you not receiving your order or there being an issue with it, in the first instance please contact the Seller to see if there has been a problem. If you have a tracking number then check this to see if your parcel has been delayed or lost by the Post Office. The Seller will want this to arrive with you as much as you do so we ask for your patience, especially if it is an issue beyond their control.
If you are not happy with the outcome of the discussion with the seller, please make sure you inform TBCH via [email protected] so that we can take action.
Personalised orders and perishable foods (such as cookies) do not have to be refunded by law. This will be done at the discretion of the shop owner.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
The British Craft House is a marketplace and as such when you buy on TBCH, the sales contract is between each individual “seller" and “you", the buyer. TBCH provides a service to facilitate that contract but is not responsible for it or its fulfillment.
Should there be an instance where you need to cancel the order, you can request a refund from the seller, you can do this using the ‘Ask a Question’ button in the vendor’s shop on this site. Please note that as processing times are 1-3 days, should you change your mind about the order, please contact the seller within 24 hours before the cookie making process has begun.
Return of faulty goods.
The return of faulty goods does not apply to perishable items such as cookies. If there is an issue with your order when you receive it, please contact Marie and let her know.
If the item has been posted but is lost in transit, the seller should provide a refund or re-deliver the same item. Please contact the Seller via the “contact” button in their shop to report a lost item. Please be patient in the current global pandemic as it is affecting some delivery services, and at busy times of the year. Please order within good time of you event.
In the rare event of a shop not delivering the goods please contact them for a refund.
