A perfect Secret Santa gift, or gift for someone  as a gift of wellness and wellbeing. Can be used as a meditation stone as charged to flow Reiki, a Japanese word meaning ‘universal life force energy’

Every stone is unique in both size and feel but most are approximately 7cm length/ 5cm width/ 3cm depth. Painted using acrylic paints and pens.

  • How quickly will my order be dispatched?

All items in stock will be sent within 7 working days.

If I cannot dispatch your order within 7 working days, I will get in touch and let you know when it will be dispatched.

  • What shipping method will you use to send my order?

I will post as a small parcel Royal Mail First Class  I can only post to the delivery address you provide in your order details, no alternative addresses can be accepted by email or any other form of correspondence.

For international orders, Royal Mail will be used.

I will send your tracking number when I confirm I have dispatched your order. You will be able to then track your order via the service provider.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive after dispatch?

UK: up to 2- 4 working days.

International Postal Services – approximately within 7-14 working days, however, this could be 21 working days around high traffic times of year Please understand I am not responsible for any delays to your delivery due to processing though customs.

  • Do I have to pay any customs or import taxes?

You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. You should be able to get guidance from your domestic customs service as to what charges to expect.

I regret that I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges on products that are personalised or customised in any way.

Personalised orders can not be cancelled/returned or exchanged unless faulty.

If not personalized and I don't like what I've ordered / I've changed my mind/ can I return my order?

Yes. Under UK law, you have the right to terminate the contract and return the item even if the item is not faulty in any way. You have the right to do this up to 14 days after receipt of the items.

If you wish to return an order, you MUST contact me before sending your package. This is a legal requirement.

If you change your mind about your order before I have dispatched it, please do contact me by email to request a cancellation. I aim to dispatch in stock items with 1-3 working days, so please do let me know as soon as possible.

  • Do I have to pay the cost of the delivery for returns?

Yes, I’m afraid you are responsible for this cost.

All returns must be in a new condition sent by First Class Royal Mail. Should any damage occur to package during its return, you will be responsible for any loss in value. Upon receipt of returned item, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item and the outgoing standard postage

Undeliverable Orders

If your order is returned to me because it is undeliverable due to an inaccurate shipping address provided by yourself, or if you don’t claim your package from the sorting centre, I cannot be held responsible.

Under these circumstances, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.

Should your order be returned to me undelivered and you do not wish to have the package re-shipped, I will cancel the order. I will also cancel the order if your parcel is returned to me undelivered and you do not respond to notification of this within 3 working days.

In both these instances, a refund will be issued for the value of the items ordered only.

This privacy policy describes how and when I collect, use and share when you purchase an item from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through The British Craft House website or it related sites and services.

This privacy policy does not apply to the third parties that I do not own or control.

Information I collect:

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information [which you authorised to provide me], such as name, email address, postal address, payment information and the details of the product that you are ordering. Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

 I share information with The British Craft House as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the The British Craft House Policy and term of use.
*Services providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as deliveries companies. I will share your personal with these third parties, but only to extent necessary to perform these services.

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the UK and other jurisdictions. As a result, I may transfer personal information to  jurisdictions with different data protection and government surveillance laws and your jurisdictions. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the E.U, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
