A solution of citric acid was evaporated on a microscope slide to form crystals. By viewing these crystals using polarised light microscopy, amazing and interesting colours and patterns are seen. This is due to the crystals forming regular arrays and interfering with the light path to give the colours seen (no colours were changed using Photoshop).

These colourful and interesting microscope photo pendants are 22mm in diameter and measure 34mm from the top of the bail to the bottom of the pendant. The pendants are silver plated and supplied with an 18 inch (45cm) silver plated chain. If you require a different length chain (up to 24 inch) please state the length in the text box.
The image has been printed onto glossy metal which is sealed underneath a glass magnifying dome. As the images are printed onto metal there are reflections from both the metal and the glass resulting in the image having more ‘depth’.

Supplied in a gift box complete with a description of the image.

Delivery

Orders will be despatched within 3 working days of order being placed - UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail, overseas orders by airmail. Overseas orders are sent by Airmail and the Royal Mail claims to deliver in around 5 working days (Europe) or 7 working days (rest of the world) but at busy times such as Christmas it may take a little longer than this - unfortunately this is out of our control. Please note these times are in addition to the 3 working days (max) required to produce the product.

If you are in a particular hurry for something please email us as I can often send things out much sooner depending on stock levels and whether I can get to the post office.

Packages are well wrapped to protect the contents but if a product does get accidentally damaged in transit please contact us with the order number as soon as possible so that we can remedy the situation.

Refund Policy

If you change your mind and decide that you do not need / want the product please send me a message or email me at [email protected] within 30 days with your order number and I will provide you with a returns address. Once I have received the item in perfect condition I will refund you the purchase price of the item (not including postage costs). You are responsible for paying the return postage (I suggest you return using a tracked and signed for service, or get proof of postage at the very least).
