Elegant white porcelain candle holder, handcrafted using the pinching method. This candle holder is carved with a diamond pattern and contains soy wax scented with my own blend of  Lavender/Neroli/Patchouli fragrance oils fragrances. 

The candle holders can be refilled with wax, or used with a tealight once the soy wax has burnt down. Simply wash the candle holder with warm soapy water and reuse as desired.

Size 7.5 (w) x 6 (h) cm

Approximate burning time: 20 hours.

Candle safety information

In general, it is recommended that candles do not burn for longer than four hours and cool for at least two hours before relighting. When lighting a candle, use long matches or a long-reach lighter. Keep your hair and loose clothing away from the flame. Never leave a candle unattended. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire.

Shipping Policy

I will dispatch your order within two working days of the date of the order confirmation.

Delivery is by second-class signed parcel postage with Royal Mail and may take three to five working days to arrive for UK delivery.

Shipping is not included in the price of my products. Postage costs will display at checkout.

Unfortunately, I am currently NOT able to offer shipping internationally. 

Please contact me by email if your shipment does not arrive within the stated timeframes.  I will query this with Royal Mail and do my utmost to resolve any postage issues as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy

Refunds are given the following cases:

  • in the unlikely event that you are not happy with your product. Return postage costs will be borne by the customer;
  • if the product is incorrect or faulty.

Please see the Cancellation/Return/Exchange Policy below for details about returns and exchanges.

Refunds will not be given under the following circumstances:

  • on sale items;
  • on commissions, special orders, or personalised orders.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Personalised orders cannot be cancelled/returned or exchanged unless incorrect or faulty.

I do not accept cancellations once an order has been shipped. Note that products held in stock are shipped within one to two days of order confirmation.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt by the customer. Please send an email to me quoting your order reference number/invoice number with a short explanation as to why the product did not meet with your expectations. In such cases, the return postage must be paid by the customer, and care must be taken to carefully repack the product to ensure that it is returned intact. The refund will be processed by JAE Ceramics upon receipt of the returned undamaged item.


If your order is incorrect or faulty, please contact me immediately by email to arrange its return to us. You must repack the item carefully and return it to JAE Ceramics in its original condition with your order reference number/invoice within 14 days of receipt.

Where possible, a replacement for incorrect or faulty items will be offered. If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be offered to the customer.

I reserve the right to cancel a customer's order. In such case, any payment received from the customer will be refunded in full immediately.
