Bird brooch pin.

Sweet little bird among a rectangle of flowers.
This pretty open work brooch pin is made up of a tiny bird among a bower of little rose blossoms and foliage.
Silver in colour the brooch is hand cast in fine English pewter in my workshop. The strong steel fastening is soldered on an not glued.
A brooch is a lovely gift if you don’t know a finger size or if the recipient does not wear earrings then this is the ideal solution.

This is one of the lightest pins that I make so could be worn on a blouse or scarf and not just on a jacket, coat or hat.
