Shipping Addresses and Returned Parcels
Unfortunately we are only able to ship to the address supplied at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to check that the address is correct before placing an order. If your item has been sent to the wrong address, we will only be able to re send it if it has been returned to us. If you wish to have your item re sent then you will be liable for the charges levied by the courier for returned items and additional postal fees. This also applies to parcels sent to the correct address that have gone undelivered and have been returned by the courier.

Cosmetic returns
Due to hygiene reasons, we are only able to accept returns on UNOPENED, as new products. We want you to be fully happy with your order so please get in touch with us straight away if you have any problems with your order and we'll do everything we can to put it right
Items Damaged in Transit
If an item is defective, isn't as described, or was damaged in the post then we'll do our best to refund you in full and pay for you to return the item. To process any claim we will need you to provide sufficient photographic evidence of the damaged item before we can proceed with a refund and we will require you to retain the packaging until the refund is successfully processed.
