Delivery is usually by First Class Standard Royal Mail unless otherwise specified or arranged with customer. Special and recorded delivery can be added on request at cost.

I accept returns and exchanges on non personalised items
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled and refuded prior to dispatch if they are NOT personalised. Once dispatched customer is resposible for payment of return postage if refund/exchange is required.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Personalised orders can not be cancelled/returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
