This listing is for a set mainly in traditional reds and greens i.e. in more traditional Christmas colours.

See separate listing for a set in pastel colours or for ordering a set featuring a colour of your choice.

When placing an order you will be advised as to when your set will be completed.

Each set is supplied in its own box along with a copy of the words of the song in the lid. There are 15 decorations in all as there are extra ones for days 1,6 and 12.

Please note that the tree is NOT included but many are available online especially just before Christmas.

I currently list shipping options to UK, IOM,  and Channel Is only. If you live in a country not listed and wish to purchase please contact me through the "Ask a Question" button at the top of my shop page.

UK orders are charged per order at a fixed rate of £3.10  if sent to a single address.

NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS
These items are all ready made and will be shipped within 3 working days.

PERSONALISED ITEMS
These are made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for astrology necklaces and toy bags. Please allow up to 8 weeks for keepsake dolls.

ALL ITEMS
All orders to the UK valued at over £20 will be tracked as will orders sent abroad.

As soon as your order is received if I know of any reason why it might be delayed longer than the stated times I will contact you immediately and give you the chance to cancel.

If an order proves to be undeliverable either because an incorrect address has been entered or because it is not collected from the sorting office I cannot be held responsible.  If it is returned to me by the postal service and you request it to be re-shipped you must pay the cost of postage.

If you do not wish it to be re-shipped and it is a non-personalised item you will receive a refund for the cost of the item only. If the item was personalised no refund is available.

If an item, once posted, fails to arrive after the timescale for lost items issued by the carrier has passed I will issue a full refund.

Refund Policy

Many items sold on this site by Ooak Gifts are made to order and personalised and, as such, cannot be returned for a refund unless found to be faulty. If you believe there is a fault please email me and include a picture of the problem if you can.

Under UK law non-personalised items can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in saleable condition in original packaging. Please let me know if you are returning an item so I can look out for it. You are responsible for return postage so please ensure when you send the item you use a system which covers the cost of the item should it go missing as no refund will be issued until the item has been received by me. I cannot be held responsible for returned goods that have been sent without adequate insurance.

No refund will be made if goods have been misused and any instructions not followed.

Under UK law items that are personalised in any way are not eligible for return, refund or exchange as they are unsuitable for reselling.

Cancellations may be possible during the initial 48 hours depending how much work has already been done. Please contact me if there's a problem.

Each item is individually made and carefully checked. If one does, however, prove faulty please contact Ooak Gifts by email in the first instance with an image of the problem.

NON-PERSONALISED ITEMS (Decorative gift boxes, some dolls, some jewellery, Christmas decorations, etc)
Non-personalised items can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in saleable condition in original packaging. You are responsible for return postage costs and insurance. No refund will be issued until returned item(s) have been received and checked.

This listing is to commission a set of Christmas decorations depicting the gifts featured in the song, “The 12 Days of Christmas”. These are created in 100% wool felt and decorated with embroidery and seed beads. The original pattern design for these is by Larissa Holland of Mmmcrafts. The colour option here is for a set in traditional reds and greens. The listing price of £20 is payable to book a slot for the creation of these. The full set costs £195 and the balance of £175 will be invoiced when the set is ready. More details below.
