CARING FOR SILVER / COPPER JEWELLERY
It is natural and normal for both silver and copper to tarnish over time due to oxidisation caused by it coming into contact with the air. You can help to reduce tarnishing with the following tips:-
– Avoid contact with chemicals, such as perfumes, hairsprays, body lotions, cleaning fluids, chlorine, etc. Always apply body lotions and perfumes etc BEFORE putting on your jewellery.
– Remove your jewellery before bathing, showering, swimming or using a hot tub.
– Store your jewellery in a jewellery box and inside an airtight plastic bag if possible.
– Any tarnish that develops can be gently removed with a soft jewellery cleaning cloth.

PACKAGING & GIFT WRAPPING
The Tiny Tree Frog items are shipped in either a small gift box or in a pretty gift bag (details are given in each item’s description). My gift boxes and bags are all chosen so that the package will fit through a letter box.
If your purchase is a gift, I can deliver directly to the recipient and include a free gift note with your own message on it.
DISPATCH
The Tiny Tree Frog items are individually handmade to order and are ready to ship in 1 to 5 working days (my “processing time”), depending on the item ordered.
“Working days” means Monday to Friday inclusive.
If you have a deadline for your item, please let me know before ordering and I'll let you know if it's possible (I'll always try my very best to accommodate).
You will be notified by email once your package has been posted with a tracking number (if applicable).
Please ensure that the delivery address on your order is correct. If you need to amend the delivery address before your item has been dispatched, please contact me and I can correct the address before posting. I cannot be held responsible for any orders that are lost due to an incorrect delivery address.
SHIPPING
- UK -
Standard UK delivery is via Royal Mail First Class post. Upgrades are available to Royal Mail Tracked 48, Tracked 24 and Guaranteed Next Day Delivery services for an additional fee.
Please note that delivery dates on First Class, Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 services are estimates only and are NOT guaranteed. If you require your item urgently by a specific date, I would strongly advise you to select the Guaranteed Next Day Delivery option.
Please bear in mind that delays can occur to Royal Mail services during busy times, such as Christmas, and such delays are outside of my control.
- USA -
Delivery to the USA is via Royal Mail International Tracked Air Mail.
Royal Mail state a delivery aim of 5 to 7 working days but please be aware that delivery can take longer than this depending on various circumstances outside of my control, such as US Customs clearance, postal delays due to bad weather or busy periods, such as Christmas.
Please note that Royal Mail will not consider an international package to be lost until 32 working days have passed (from the date of shipping, not the order date). You should therefore be prepared to wait this long before I can send replacement items or issue any refund.
Please be aware of any possible import duty or Customs charges which may apply in your country. Such charges are imposed by your own country's government and are not included in The Tiny Tree Frog Jewellery's prices. Any such fees or charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact me urgently before the item has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, you are welcome to return it for a refund once you receive it.
Refund Policy
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
I happily accept returns of non-personalised items.
To initiate a return, please contact me by email - tracy@thetinytreefrog.co.uk - within 14 days of receipt of your order and I will provide you with instructions on how to proceed and a returns address. The item should then be returned to me within 28 days of delivery.
International returns must be clearly marked as "RETURNED GOODS" on the package to avoid me being charged import duty by UK Customs. Any fees incurred as a result of failure to do this will be deducted from any refund issued.
Once the item is received by me, undamaged and in the original packaging, I will issue a refund, including the original shipping cost.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged. I recommend you use a tracked postal service and ensure you retain the proof of postage receipt until such time as the item is received by me.
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact me and include a photograph of the item, as well as any damaged packaging. I will then arrange either a replacement or a refund.
Please note that I am only able to initiate returns and issue refunds to the original buyer. If your item was a gift, please ask the person who purchased it for you to contact me to arrange any return or refund.
