If your product is in stock I will endeavour to ship it within 3-5 business days.
Commissions/pre-orders are made as soon as possible after ordering, however with ceramics there is a lead time of around 1 month from start to finish. I endeavour to get all products through as quickly as I can, but some elements are outside of my control.
Refund Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me in order to arrange a replacement or refund. Items damaged in transit will be replaced where possible, or a refund will be offered.
